Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Bee Hoon 200g soak for 7-8min till soft
2. Bean sprouts
3. Red onion xhalf, sliced
4. Garlic 2 cloves, minced
5. Sambal ikan bilis 2-3tbsp
6. Hot dog 1pc
7. Fried egg 1pc
8. Tomato/chilli sauce 1tbsp
9. Asam paste 1tsp
Seasoning
1. Oyster sauce 1tsp
2. Salt little
3. Sugar little
4. Pepper little
5. Light soya sauce 1tbsp
6. Dark soya sauce little
Method
1. Heat wok with oil, add in red onion and stir fry till aromatic. Add in sambal ikan bilis and stir fry. Add in little water, tomato sauce and asam paste. Mix well and set aside
2. Heat wok with oil. Add in garlic and stir fry till aromatic. Add in oyster sauce and stir fry. Add in 1.5 bowl of water, salt and sugar. Bring to boil and add in pepper and light soya sauce. Once boiled, add in bee hoon and stir fry. Add dark soya sauce and mix well under low heat until not so wet. Then add in bean sprouts and turn to medium heat and fry till cook.
3. Serve and enjoy! 💕
