Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Black Moss (Fa Cai) half piece. Rinse in water for few times till clean. Soak in a bowl with water and add a piece of ginger, little oil and salt. Then steam for 15min under high heat. Drain away the water and discard the ginger
2. Tofu 3 tubes
3. Prawns 8-10pcs smash it and then chop
4. Carrot few pieces , minced
5. Green spring onion, minced
6. Egg 1pc
7. Aluminium foil container
Method
1. Smashed the tofu in a container. Add a little salt, pepper, carrot, spring onion, egg and prawn. Then mix well. Add 3-4tbsp corn flour and mix well. Lastly add the black moss and slowly mix well.
2. Coat the aluminium foil with oil, then evenly lay the tofu mixture in. Cover with cling wrap and poke a few holes. Steam for 15-20min under medium heat.
3. Once cool down, keep in fridge to fix the shape(best overnight) . Cut into desired square shape. Coat with corn flour and deep fry it till golden brown.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
