超市系列新一集，帶大家來到馬莎，看看香港沒有賣的新鮮食品。過去介紹的超市也傾向是平價組別的，這次給大家多一個參考，看看中高價組別超市的食品如何。個人最喜歡的是他們家的牛扒，夠厚之餘肉汁豐富，肉味又濃，另外英式下午茶必備的鬆餅我也會特地來這裏買，還有很多沒有試過的自家食品，你們又有沒有什麼好推介？
Another episode introducing supermarkets in the UK. Marks & Spencer doesn't do food hall in Hong Kong, so I'm going to show you what we have here today. Supermarkets I introduced previously are mostly from the affordable side. I would say M&S will be in the middle, a bit towards the pricey side. Personally, I love their dry aged steak. They're quite juicy and their taste are strong as well. If you want to enjoy British afternoon tea at home, I would highly recommend their scones. Their own range are of high quality and I would really love to try more. Do you have any recommendation for us?
