Speaking of secrets, Mt. Purro Nature Reserve up until now surprisingly remains a hidden gem nestled at the foot of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range. The place is by far one of our favorite destinations where you can literally disconnect from the distractions of everyday life and connect to your inner self, family and friends. This eco-friendly nirvana will surprise everyone as you find yourself lost in thought allowing yourself to be free from the toxicity of the metro.
This off-the-grid nature sanctuary will remind you of what truly matters. Surrounded by nature, it's an idyllic place to reset and recharge. Bonding with family or friends will definitely be inescapable as the only internet access you will get is 15-minutes during your entire stay (tip: save it for emergencies).
Make the most of your time by just sitting in a swing or have a casual chat in the many cabanas spread throughout the reserve.
After some time alone or spending some quality time, there are also other activities such as swimming at their pool, trekking to the Malvar Peak and/or taking the River trek. They also have a special playground for kids.
The food! Really good and will fill your tummies to the brim. Don't forget to enjoy the bonfire too!
