The Volkswagen T-Roc R is the sportiest version of the 2023 T-Roc small SUV, but it is also the cheapest Volkswagen R product at $59,300 in Australia. That’s a lot less than the Mk 8 Golf R, and actually, the T-Roc R feels more like a Mk 7.5 Golf R, which is great! It uses a 221kW (296 hp) 2.0T petrol four-cylinder EA888 engine and AWD.
Rivals to the Volkswagen T-Roc R include the Hyundai Kona N, Cupra Ateca, BMW X2 M35i, and other sporty, small SUVs.
