Mudslides and floods in California from atmospheric river

There are flooding concerns near San Francisco and mudslides are being reported in Santa Cruz, California. CBS News Los Angeles' Rick Montanez reports, and meteorologist Jessica Burch has more on the rainy weather forecast.
