Because imagine if u knew somebody and u haven’t seen them in while and this is how they turn out, honestly that’s pretty sad.
there r 2 types of change, and he chose this path (as long as he’s happy) because he has actually mentioned in his channel before that when he was vegan n skinny he wasn’t happy at the time , mainly cuz it seemed like he had an unhealthy obsession with his weight and he was overall very strict with the calories.. his diet was extreme somewhat.
so..this guy has no in between lol but,if you look into it this is what happens when you diet in an unhealthy way and I hope he seeks out for help.
