Video Not Working? Fix It Now

I woke up at 9 AM, and the weather wasn’t on my side—it was raining. But I had to keep going. I bought some food and had noodles because I knew there wouldn’t be any shops ahead. 🚧 Stopped by Police – “This Road is Dangerous” Just 1 km into my ride, the police stopped me and warned that the road ahead was very dangerous. They told me to stay safe because it was full of tunnels, steep climbs, and remote areas with no villages nearby. 🌉 Crossing 10 Tunnels – One Was 8KM Long! The entire day was a test of endurance. I had to cross 10 tunnels, some of which were extremely long and dark. 🚨 The longest tunnel was 8 km, and it took me almost 1 hour to cross! 💡 There was little light inside, making it challenging to ride safely. 🏗️ China’s infrastructure is next level, and I felt that strongly while passing through these massive tunnels. 🐵 Monkey Attack in the Forest! After crossing the tunnels, I entered a dense forest with no people around—only the sounds of nature. Suddenly, I saw lots of monkeys on the roadside. At first, they looked harmless, but things quickly changed… 🥮 Three monkeys ran toward me, trying to steal my food! 😨 I was completely alone and afraid. They grabbed my cake and were about to take more when… 🚗 A car suddenly appeared, and the driver helped me! If that car hadn’t arrived, I don’t know what would have happened! 🏡 Arriving in Mao County (茂县) – A Glimpse of Tibetan Culture After the chaotic day, I finally reached Mao County at 4 PM. This was a big county, and I decided to stop there because there were no more villages ahead for a long distance. 📶 I topped up my SIM card at a China Mobile shop to stay connected. 👘 The city was full of cultural dresses, and I started to see strong Tibetan influences in the architecture, clothing, and decorations. 🏔️ Mao County is a gateway to Tibetan regions, and you can feel the shift in culture. I saw: ✅ People wearing traditional Tibetan robes ✅ Colorful Tibetan-style buildings ✅ Shops selling prayer flags, yak butter, and Buddhist artifacts 🏕️ Police Helped Me Find a Safe Shelter As night fell, I had no place to stay. But once again, the police came to my rescue and helped me find a safe place to pitch my tent. 🔥 Stay tuned as I continue toward the Tibetan plateau, facing more challenges and incredible landscapes! 🚴‍♂️
