This work introduces an innovative application of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with Semantic Kernel and AutoGen in the FMCG sector, aimed at significantly enhancing sales agent target setting and performance to achieve substantial sales increases. Knowledge Graphs, managed through Neo4j or Cosmos Db, provide robust capabilities for organizing and querying complex data structures within the FMCG industry, crucial for optimizing inventory management, market analysis, and sales strategies.
