The movie tells about the plague spreading in Heishui Town during the melee of Warlord Era. Tian Ya, Wu Nian and Jiu Yue embarked on a treasure hunt to find the Golden Moon Gem to cure the plague. Warlord Feng Pei Chuan plotted against them to take the gem for himself. After many hardships, Tian Ya and his friends finally defeated Feng Pei Chuan, obtained the gem and saved the people.
