I have dealt with a lot of interesting tenants whether they were inherited or tenants we placed. We have had quite a few evicitons, some trashed properties, and even one tenant leaving 500 tires at the property.
These are some of the worst tenants we have had and along with telling the story of what happened, I try to offer some advice on how to avoid these situations as well!
