I had so much fun doing these sea creatures using the Transfer Bloom technique. It's awesome when Fluid art is so versatile with so many techniques available to try. This was my first try with this one.
Paints used are mostly mixed with the old bloom recipe, because I still have a little bit of my Behr 8300 Deep Base. I mix it with Minwax Polycrylic at a 3:1 ratio for my pouring medium. I then mix my paints and pigments at either a 2: or 3:1 ratio depending on reaching the proper consistency which is about a 3 to 5 second trace of paint on top when drizzled back into the cup.
Pillow Paint - Sherwin Williams Color to Go Oceanside.
Colors:
Amsterdam paints- Cell Activators- Titanium White, Colbalt Blue. Mixed 2 to 1 with Australian Floetrol
FolkArt's Color Flash Blue Violet Flash with Dragonfly Glaze, Aqua Flash.
TLP pigments - Hustle, Abalone.
5-inch sea creatures are found on Amazon.
