Waking up at 5 am has become such a helpful early morning routine for me. Catch a glimpse of my new video on “MY 5 am MORNING ROUTINE.” As a fitness freak, work out matters to me. I start my day with exercise, and following that, I have my facial routine. A few things I don’t miss out on in-between - keep myself hydrated and weight check-up. Watching sunlight uplifts my mood.
