- 270 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 10 g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml. vegetable oil
- 130 ml. milk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 0.5 tsp vinegar
- 100 ml. boiling water
* the cakes turn out like fluffy biscuits, moist and very tasty. no, not the slightest hint of pancakes and confusion.
* from this quantity I got 4 cakes with a diameter of 26 cm
Cream:
400-500 g sour cream 20% fat
1 can of boiled condensed milk - 350 g
Absolutely any cake cream is suitable!
Glaze:
2 tbsp. milk
30 g butter
70 g white chocolate
