It is Fry-day and what better way to end the week than with some juicy finger-licking chicken from your kitchen! I know, I want you to bite your tongue, lol. Try this recipe and please don't forget to share.
Ingredients:
4.8 lb organic air chilled chicken
2 cups all purpose flower
2 cups buttermilk
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoons kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Nashville hot chicken seasoning (substitute with hot sauce)
1 teaspoon paprika
4 sprigs of thyme
4 sage leaves
Oil for deep frying (I used canola)
