A video I posted to another channel about 10 months ago on World Mental Health Day. First time ever speaking publicly about my struggles with mental health. Thought it'd make sense to post this up on this here channel too. A big part of my journey to recovery was outwardly admitting and owning my battle with ma brains. I encourage anyone in a similar position to try and do the same. Try at least telling someone close to you if you haven't already.
