Have you ever had an experience with a boss that made you feel like not coming into work...ever again? This is one of my experiences with a boss that was given many accolades for his accomplishments in life both personal and professional but what happened in our office behind closed doors, when clients weren't around, was too much to withstand on a day to day basis. Here's what happened and how I handled it. Keep in mind I was very young when this all took place and I reacted like a young person would...I ran. Moral of the story: No job is worth subjecting yourself or witnessing anyone else subjected to abu$ive behavior even if it is from your superior.
