In Rebuilding - Episode 5, I’m revealing the final stage of rebuilding my YouTube drum studio. Watch me transform this average rehearsal studio into a clean, refined space for my drum videos. All for $130! My budget-friendly “video production” consists of four LED light panels, stands included - $50, two nine foot light stands - $45, one gigantic black tablecloth as my backdrop - $25, mounting hardware - $10.
This DIY budget studio setup was easy to put together and is a perfect solution if you’re limited on space. My hope is this affordable studio solution will enhance my video quality and take my drum covers and drumming content to the next level.
Now that I’ve figured out the lighting, light placement and how to hang a massive tablecloth on the wall, I’ll walk you through my setup process, sharing tips and tricks that I learn along the way to achieve more professional-looking videos without going broke.
As a self proclaimed DIY enthusiast looking to improve my content, my hope is this setup will be a game-changer for my YouTube drum studio.
