These Chalupas are way up on my list of favorites, they are easy, unique, hearty and super delicious! theyvare a whole meal in one. whether filled with ground beef, shredded chicken, pork, beans they will amaze you. This was a favorite growing up, my mom fried them crispy, smeared beans on them and topped them with our favorite toppings, whether the tortilla was fried flat or folded like a boat it was always a winner.
