I stand by my opinion of Sofia, Bulgaria being one of the most underrated cities in Europe to consider living in. No, it might not have all the bells and whistles of some Western European counterparts, but it counters that by having a lower cost of living, great public transit, fantastic selection of restaurants and some of the fastest internet in the world!
