My first ever gold hammered coin! 🤩 Detectival Day 2

What a moment.

Three days in a tiny tent. Most people struggling for finds and a pretty awful Sunday for me becomes a day to remember.

The detecting might have been poor for most but the event was well organised, the facilities excellent and the people fantastic and the trade stands were brilliant and welcoming.

Met some fantastic people from the Netherlands, Poland, France, England and Scotland, shared stories and a few pints.

Great memories and the first foray out of Scotland for the Scottish Detectorists Pete, Marty, Paul and Me.
