I did my first ever gravel race in Vermont at the Rasputitsa Gravel Road Race. IT WAS INSANE! MUD, RAIN, COLD, SNOW...It had it all! I had an absolute BLAST even though I thought I was going to lose my fingers.
Rasputitsa Gravel Road Race is a 40mi mud race in Bruke Vermont. There is lots of backcountry gravel roads with 2 very technical sections. Almost 2,000 people were registered for the race so it was full gas form the gun.
Clifbar brought my coach Tony from ATP Coaching and my self out to the Rasputitsa Gravel Road Race to see what its all about. It did not disappoint! Gravel racing is so much fun as its a great mix between fools gas racing and having fun on a bike.
Really hope you enjoy the full story of my first ever gravel race at the Rasputitsa Gravel Road Race. Race Starts at 7:15 Strava route here (https://www.strava.com/activities/2323609317)
