So I finally got time to collaborate with home chef Jhanvi and share an amazing full-day meals menu, which is time-saving and can be prepared in less than 5 minutes. Timestamps: 0:00 - Welcome & intro 2:09 - 5 minutes meals 2:21 - Detox juice 3:19 - Breakfast (Oats Smoothie) 5:10 - Lunch (Veg sandwich) 7:17 - Chia seed curd 9:43 - Dinner (Mixed salad) 10:57 -Conclusion 1.Detox Juice Ingredients : White Pumpkin Preparation: Blend it into juice and have it in empty stomach. 2.Oats Smoothie Ingredients : Oats - 3 to 4 tbsp, Milk - ½ cup, Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp,Pumpkin Seeds - 1 tbsp,Banana - ½ to 1 banana, Cinnamon powder Preparation : Make a Fine paste with banana, 2 tbsp oats & little milk. Soak 3 tbsp oats in milk separately and mix the blended paste with it. Now add some chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon powder. Now Soak this mixture overnight in the refrigerator. Next morning adjust the consistency of the mixture by adding some milk according to your preference. For garnishing add some nuts, pomegranate and grated coconuts. Garnishing can be of your choice. 3.Veg sandwich Ingredients: Hung curd, onion, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, paneer Preparation: Take 2 slices of Brown bread and spread hung curd on both sides, then start placing veggies mentioned above one by one, finally add paneer and sprinkle some chaat masala. Its ready to eat now. 4. Chia seeds curd Ingredients: 2 spoon chia seeds, Curd, Crushed peanuts, Curry leaves, Grated Cucumber. Preparation: Soak Chia seeds in water for 15 minutes, then mix all the above mentioned ingredients, Finally add salt and sprinkle chaat masala. Its ready to eat now. 5. Mixed Salad Ingredients: Sprouted moong, cherry tomatoes, Cucumber, Pomegranate, Carrot, Lettuce, Mint leaves, Zucchini, Raw mango, fresh mango, Crushed peanuts. Preparation: Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and add little amount of lemon juice and sprinkle some chaat masala.
