Wet batter:
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup corn flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Sazon
Onion powder
2 Tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoon mustard
1 cup water
Dry Batter
1 cup corn meal
1 teaspoons baking powder
Pepper
Salt
Cayenne pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sazon
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Make sure your oil is at 365 temperature
2. Make sure fish is clean and seasoned
3. Put the fish into the wet batter and then into dry batter
4. Fry about 10 minutes or until fish is done
