FOR THE DAY:
Total calories: 2,000
Total protein: 170g
Some highlights:
-Early morning before practice (0:48) - Fruits and animal crackers
-After morning practice (1:15) - Smoothie, Sun butter with toast, greek yogurt
-Morning snack (3:00) - Gatorade Chocolate Shake, Omelette with Vegan sausage
-Lunch(4:08) - Salad with avocado and balsamic vinaigrette, meatless chicken, broccoli, plant based protein powder
-Pre-dinner snack(5:45) - Cereal with milk (Apple Jacks)
-Dinner(6:05) - Rice, meatless chicken, leafy greens
-Before sleep(7:05) - fruits and protein shake
NO EATING BETWEEN 6pm-5:30am for fasting
For the proteins, I also switch out between meatless chicken, meatless burger, meatless sausage, fish including salmon tilapia catfish, chicken. I rarely eat red meat at this time.
