I think there is a lot of confusion about Central Sleep Apnoea, and I wanted to give you my thoughts about it. Especially in relation to Mixed central / obstructive sleep apnoea. I see a lot of people not getting treatment for their obstructive sleep apnoea because there is a small element of central apnoeas on their sleep study. I want to explain what I mean here.
