INGREDIENTS -
For Powder :-
5-6 red chillies
Chana dal - 1/2 tsp
Toor dal - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Dhania - 1 tsp
Methi seeds - 4-5
Copra Thengai - 5-6 pieces
For making Rasam :-
Toor dal - 1/2 cup for boiling
Tamarind - gooseberry size
Salt - to taste
Hing - small button size (if powder used- 1/2 tsp)
Jaggery - 1 tsp
All in All powder - 1/2 tsp
For Tempering :-
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 strips
