My male betta has a mysterious skin disease that is resistant to a lot of medications. I want to find out once and for all what it is so if needed I can treat my other tanks as a preventative but also make sure that I do not spread the disease when I ship fish to people. I will be sending my male to a fish veterinarian who will perform a full diagnosis and check for worms, Coccidia, Hexamita, Spironucleus, External parasites, Mycrobacterial granulomas, as well as gill condition.
