https://www.howtopunchharder.com Today I look at Naoya Inoue's punch mechanics including how he creates torque and acceleration and uses his kinetic chains to generate punching power. I look at some big right hands and his left hooks. There is one thing I don't like about Naoya's big left hook that he occasionally throws. He sometimes throws it off his lead toes. This makes him throw it like a rear hook and often ends up off balance. He often throws it against opponents who can't respond, however can get him into trouble. I include a clip of Naoya doing this against Nonito who is able to take advantage of Naoya's off-balance recovery. 1:03 anatomy 4:24 right hand against Jason Maloney 5:52 right hand against Luis Nery 7:22 right hand against Paul Butler 9:16 big left hook against Michael Dasmarinas 11:40 short left hook against Luis Nery 12:16 On balance left hook against Jason Maloney 13:22 Naoya off balance left hook against Donaire who takes advantage of Naoya's mistake 14:27 some bonus clips and thoughts
