Ya, kali ini Kak Yan bawakan hidangan lengkap tetapi ringkas dari bumi Mediterranean – Nasi Butter, Ayam Panggang dan satu hidangan salad Bernama Zaalouk. Kali ini Kak Yan harmonikan hidangan daripada dua negara Medditeranean iaitu Itali dan Maghribi. Dengan menggunakan rempah ratus dan bahan-bahan segar, hidanagan ini memberikan satu ledakan rasa yang bukan sahaja lazat, tetapi ibarat satu pesta untuk deria rasa anda! Ini seperti anda pergi bercuti sambil makan-makan – ceria, menyeronokkan, dan tentu saja lazat!
Nasi Mentega
Bahan-bahan:
3 cawan beras basmati
3 cawan air
150g-200g mentega
2 sudu besar planta
2 sudu teh stok ayam
2 sudu besar minyak bawang putih
2 sudu teh garam
Zaalouk
5 biji tomato
1 tin tomato cincang dalam tin
4-5 biji terung
6 sudu besar minyak zaitun
6 ulas bawang putih
1 1/2 sudu teh serbuk jintan manis
1 sudu teh pasli
1 sudu teh paprika
1 sudu teh kepingan cili
2 sudu teh garam
Ayam Panggang
1 cawan youghurt
1 labu bawang holland
1 sudu teh kepingan cili
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu teh serbuk lada sulah
1 sudu teh pasli
1 sudu teh paprika
1 sudu teh jintan manis
1 sudu besar minyak

Ingredients:
Butter Rice
3 cups basmati rice
3 cups water
150g-200g butter
2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons chicken stock
2 tablespoons garlic oil
2 teaspoons salt
Zaalouk:
5 tomatoes
1 can of chopped tomatoes
4-5 eggplants
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 teaspoons salt
Grilled Chicken:
1 cup yogurt
1 onion
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon paprika 1
teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon oil
