As the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) continues to work on renovating its organisation, party leader Naveen Patnaik has been holding a series of high-level meetings at Naveen Niwas. The discussions, aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots structure, are taking place frequently.

On December 11, following the conclusion of the winter session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly, Naveen held a crucial meeting with BJD MLAs. The session saw the active participation of party legislators who discussed important issues concerning the state and the party's future agenda.

The next day, on December 12, Naveen convened a meeting with former BJD MLAs. More than 25 ex-legislators were present for the session, focusing on party strategy and coordination.

On December 13, the party chief held another important meeting with the BJD Coordination Committee, a body responsible for overseeing party affairs at various levels. The discussions centered on further consolidating the party’s organizational framework and strengthening its presence at the grassroots level.

In addition, on Saturday, party vice-presidents and Zilla Parishad members from various districts met at Naveen Niwas. The talks primarily revolved around improving the party’s reach and operations in rural and local areas.

These meetings come as part of Naveen's ongoing efforts to fine-tune the party's internal structure ahead of future political challenges.
