One of the Kerala special sweety snack is presented in today's video. It is a very simple recipe with minimum home available ingredients. But the batter needs to be fermented for minimum 6 hours. Main ingredients are rice and jaggery. This recipe tastes somewhat similar to athirasa., which can be stored upto a week.
Ingredients:
Dosa rice- 250 grams,
wheat flour- 3 tsp,
Jaggery- 175 grams,
cardamom few,
jeera & sesame seeds 1 tsp each,
ghee 2-3 tsp,
oil for frying.
