內洞林道位於新北市烏來區，全長約15~16公里日，是昔日運送木材的林道。伐林結束後，林道荒廢，後來成為一條健行的登山路線。目前內洞林道的前12.5公里都適合健行，其中僅有一小部份崩塌，已闢建山徑銜接，通行無礙。
The Neidong Forest Road is located in Wulai District, New Taipei City, with a total length of about 15-16 kilometers. It was a forest road used to transport timber in the past. After the deforestation, the forest road was abandoned and later became a hiking route. At present, the first 12.5 kilometers of the Neidong Forest Road is suitable for hiking, and only a small part of it has collapsed. The mountain trails have been built to connect with the collapsed sections, so the hikers can pass smoothly.
內洞林道的入口在烏來啦卡路的孝義派出所旁，前6.7公里可以行駛汽車，不過林道狹窄，且大半為土石路，應小心駕駛，且避免假日造訪，以免塞車。
The entrance of the Neidong Forest Road is next to the Xiaoyi Police Station on Laka Road in Wulai. The first 6.7 kilometers can be driven by cars. However, the forest road is narrow and most of it is a dirt road. You should drive carefully and avoid visiting on holidays to avoid traffic jams.

孝義派出所→(開車)→6.5K停車處→70分鐘→小溪間→70分鐘→陡下崩塌處→20分鐘→內洞國家森林遊樂區休息平台→3分鐘→12.5K, 單程約3小時(含拍片及休息), 來回約6-7小時。
Xiaoyi Police Station→(by car)→6.5K parking place→70 minutes→Small creeks→70 minutes→steep collapse→20 minutes→rest platform of Neidong National Forest Recreation Area→3 minutes→12.5K, about 3 hours one way ( Including filming and rest), about 6-7 hours back and forth.

★大眾運輸：無。
★自行開車：Google地圖衛星導航輸入「新北市烏來區孝義派出所」， 即可抵達內洞林道入口。內洞林道途中僅有3.4K處有左右岔路， 右岔路才是內洞林道（進入土石子路），沿途有里程指標，行駛 至6.5K~6.7K附近路旁停車。
★Public transportation: None.
★By car: Enter "Xiaoyi Police Station, Wulai District, New Taipei City" on Google Map satellite navigation, leading to the entrance of Neidong Forest Road. There are a fork at 3.4K of the forest road, you should turn right at the fork (entering gravel road). There are mileage indicators along the way. Drive until 6.5K~6.7K and park your car at road side.
