Neo Sonic in Sonic Robo Blast 2 is back. Cooler, faster, squishier... seriously, when Sonic lands, he looks so W I D E, he looks like he's made out of rubber, he's like those bouncy balls you played with when you were a toddler. But this is a cool SRB2 mod, that while on the surface looks kinda broken it actually is more balanced on the fact that at low speeds and during sharp turns, Neo Sonic feels heavier in general.
The only con I have for the mod is the homing attack... it's very unreliable and works on Sonic Forces logic, it only targets and homes in the direction you point Sonic and you have to remain pointed to that direction even if you see the reticle when you homing attack otherwise you'll just air dash in a random direction. You can even see in the footage here. But other than that, loads of fun, especially in speed focused stages.
