Akron Children's Hospital recently has been recognized as a 'center for excellence' by the Tourette Association of America largely due to the work of Dr. Katrina Lindsay.
Dr Lindsay helps children and families dealing with tics and Tourette Snydrome and she brought one of her patients, an inspiring young lady, to the Fox 8 studio to share her story.
