Take a walk with me through the narrow alleys in Cavite City Philippines. In this walk, I will be wandering around Brgy. 62-A Kangkong, most commonly known from their locals as Cañacao - one of among Cavite City's depressed area. The level of poverty here is astounding and yet the people, who may simply be oblivious to their plight, seem so relegated to their way of life. Perhaps they realize they have no choice and no good options. Then I notice the children, happy in their childhood as yet unaware of the harshness that the reality of their environment places on them. I just hope that one day something can be done for these people. Don't get me wrong, Cavite City is an amazing city & a wonderful place, but like many other places around the world, it isn't perfect by any means. #philippines #4kwalk #cavitecity #reallife #hiddenpoverty #seasideslum #walkingtour
