Salt & Pepper
Bake 350° 25 Minutes
BBQ Meatloaf
2 Lbs. Hamburger
1 C. Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1 Onion
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 C. BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
Bake 350° until internal temp reaches 165°
Salsbury Steak
3 lbs. Ground Beef
2 Eggs
Onion Soup Mix (optional)
1 Onion
8 oz. Mushrooms
1-1/2 C. Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
1/4 C. Flour
4 C. Beef Broth
