配方 Ingredients:

70℃ hot water 305 g (305 ml)
植物油15毫升(1汤匙)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
2.馅 Fillings:
葱200克
Green onion 200 g
植物油50毫升(4汤匙)
Vegetable oil 50 ml (4 tbsp)
五香粉0.5克(1/4茶匙)
Five spice powder 0.5 g (1/4 tsp)
中筋面粉40克(4汤匙)
Plain flour 40 g (4 tbsp)
盐7克 ( 1/2汤匙)
Salt 7 g (1/2 tbsp)
