Dough:
- 130 ml of kefir
- 120g butter
- 1 yolk
- 1 tbsp sugar

- 220g cottage cheese
- 60g powdered sugar
- 1egg white
- 1 tbsp flour
Bake in a well-heated oven to 200 °In the oven for ~ 10-15 minutes. The time and temperature depend on the characteristics of your oven.
* cottage cheese must be dry!
* roll out the dough thinly to 3 mm, otherwise the cookie will open. It is good to pinch.
