Fatshark has an event running in Darktide right now called Communication Breakdown, and it actually has some new lore about the Cult of Admonition and Inquisitor Grendyl you may have missed.
We now know that Grendyl has actually infiltrated the cult itself and the leaders of the cult know he's onto them. Morrow stole grimoires from Admonition's library, and Urmal has some kind of experiment that threatened to tear down an entire temple.
