Rise of Kingdom’s have made changes to their Crystal Tech. These changes “APPEAR” to be very well balanced. By reviewing the tech, it looks like F2P/Low Spenders will be able to get many positive tech skills to make significant contributions on the field. Whales will still be whales, but looks like it might not be as bad as before.
