| 30min Musical Journey for Expansion & Inner Freedom |
I started making this piece of African inspired music yesterday, using my Ngoni as the main focus, and with the intention of holding the sonic space for you to be guided on Sacred Journey Within and through your body and Soul in this time. I managed to complete this track to the best of my ability with the limited time I had just before this powerful New Moon in Sagittarius peaks. Connecting into the vibration of Sagittarius I felt a more melodic journey to the continent of Africa with this one.
Sagittarius is a fire sign (and happy to share also my moon sign hehe) ruled by Jupiter, symbolising adventure, exploration, freedom, and higher learning. The New Moon is a time for new beginnings, setting intentions, and planting seeds for what you want to manifest in the coming lunar cycle.
Raise the volume to a nice level. Take some deep breathes into your Heart and begin to connect in with your Body and Soul and let the music take you where you need to go… freeing yourself of all limitations and judgements and inviting Radical Acceptance.
Allowing the inspirations, clarity and feelings come through for this next Lunar cycle.
