Recipes
Breakfast:
- 1 medium papaya
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- generous amount of Cylon cinnamon
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- Raspberries & peanut butter for the topping
Lunch:
Zucchini patties
- 1 big zucchini
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 150g feta cheese
- A bit of butter to fry in a pan
- 1 tbsp of greek yogurt
- Chives
Dinner:
- 2 big sweet potatoes (in the oven for about 1 hour)
- 500g organic chicken
- guacamole: 1 avocado, handful of cherry tomatoes, lemon juice of 1/2 lemon, salt
- Side salad: 3 small cucumbers (or 1/2 big one), handful of cherry tomatoes, 25g goat cheese, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Italian herbs, salt
