With air sous vide and an cooktop burner the Cosori 26 quart 11 in 1 ceramic air fryer oven is truly a next level concept but can it do all they say it does?
This also comes in a premium version that includes a thermometer and a casserole pan. That is actually the version I thought I was buying before I realized there was a base model (same oven without the thermometer and casserole pan) and a premium model.

The COSORI 26 quart Ceramic air fryer oven has some unique features. The top and bottom heating elements are sealed. This provides a ceramic cooktop that you can now place any oven/cooktop safe pan directly on.
This burner feature can be used with the air fryer oven door open or closed making it a good option for braised recipes.
Another unique feature is the air sous vide option. Vacuum sealed food is placed directly on a rack inside the unit. No water is necessary.
I tried the sous vide herb and lemon butter salmon recipe in the cookbook provided with the Cosori Ceramic air fryer oven but my finished fish reached a temperature of 140⁰ instead of the 135⁰ the unit was set for. Between the recipe's 3 hour long cooking time and higher temperature my fish had a dry, crumbly texture almost akin to canned salmon.
Some adjustments would need to be made to the temperature setting for this to work but it is promising.
