From the Sahara Desert we ride north along the Draa Valley, home to the biggest palm plantation on the planet. We arrive at Nkob, which is situated on the outskirts of the mighty Jebel Saghro mountain range. A unique and foreboding landscape that has an apocalyptic feel to it. We attempt a bit of an uncertain off road route. The going is tough and incredibly satisfying at the same time. We are in this area during Ramadan and we get invited by a wonderful family out in the middle of nowhere!
