Grading drafts is foolish a day after, right? Not entirely...depending on how you do it.

This is where many results-based thinkers might be wrong, in many ways, we don't need to wait years to see how good or bad a team drafted.

Most draft grades fixate on two metrics: team needs, "reaches" & "steals". These are understandable metrics, but how accurate are they?
