Day in the Life: NICU Nurse Resident Welcome to my first video and thank you so much for watching! In this video I wanted to give some insight into what a NICU nurse resident is and what we do. I show a mini morning routine and explain what a residency program is as it is very popular now for new grads. As many of you know there isn't much that can be filmed in a hospital so I mainly talk you through my day and show some video clips of what the NICU looks like and some of the things that we use. Excuse the quality this video (lighting, audio, clips) it definitely isn't perfect but this is my first video and the quality will improve so please go easy on me :).
