Nikka Yoichi 10 Year Old Japanese Single Malt Whiskey: Is it Worth The Money?
Today I am reviewing the Nikka Yoichi 10 Year old Japanese Single Malt. Nikka Yoichi is the lightly peated whisky made in the north of Japan on the island of Hokaido. It is the only distillery I am aware of that still uses direct fired coal fired stills. My current go to and favourite Japanese whisky is the Nikka Yoichi NAS(Non Age Stated)Single Malt which replaced the Yoichi 10 year old when there was an extreme shortage of well aged Japanese Single Malt. Is the NIkka 10 Year old Japanese Single Malt good? Is it better or worse than the NIkka Yoichi NAS? And is it worth the price increase over the standard expression? IN the video I'll try the NIkka 10 Year old Single Malt and then compare it to the Nikka Yochi NAS release. I hope you all enjoy the video. Cheers!
