Sunday roast and for a change we got a large beef joint, which I split to make a beef casserole for the next day. We used to be medium well done beef eaters but have started to realise how delicious medium rare was - however when coming to choosing on the probe function I bottled it and choose Medium. I will say the beef was really lovely, but on the outer edges a bit too Medium, close to well. So next time (it will be a while due to the cost of Beef!) I will definitely pick Medium Rare. The probe function was great as I did have a tendency in the past to overcook beef in the oven - hence not cooking it very often even before the recent price rises became a bit crazy - when will it end?!
Anyway, 5 delicious Beef roast dinners for under £2 each were made and all were happy and fed...
Hope you enjoy and thank you for watching
