આજે આપણે જોઇશું બહાર જેવો ટમેટા નો સોસ બનાવવા માટેની રીત
Ingredients
Tomatoes 2 kg
Garlic 40 to 50 cloves
Beetroot 1 small
Cineman sticks 2 big
star Anise 1 big
Black pepper 8 to 10
Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies 4
dry spicy Red Chillies 3
onion 3 small
salt as per test
rock salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 3 cup
white vinegar 1 cup

લસણ - 40 થી 50 કળી
બીટ એક નાનું
તજ - 2 મોટી પટ્ટી
ચક્રફુલ (બાદિયા) - 1 મોટું
કાળા મરી - 8 થી 10
સૂકા કાશ્મીરી લાલ મરચા - 4
સૂકા તીખા લાલ મરચા - 3
નાની ડુંગળી - 3
મીઠું - સ્વાદ મુજબ
સંચળ પાઉડર - 1 ચમચી
ખાંડ - 3 કપ
સફેદ વિનેગર - 1 કપ
